Wherrett (1914-1960) is a new discovery for me, having come across his work in an anthology of General Post Office publicity. He also worked for ICI, Radio Times, the MInistry of Defence and was trusted with the Studio How to Do It book on Composition. He painted in Oils and exhibited with all the best Societies. From 1952 he was Art Master at Ipswich School.
