The diagram on the right hand page is a visualisation of the Moniac by Max Gschwind. The machine was invented by the New Zealand W.A.Phillips to demonstate economic flow. It was named the Moniac by its American enthusiast A.P.Lerner of Chicago's Roosevelt College.
