Paxton Chadwick (1903-1961) Manchester School of Art he became a commercial artist and then an art master at the Summerhill School at Leiston, Suffolk. Through contact with colleagues there , joined the Communist Party . The CP General Secretary John Gollan gave his funerary address in 1961.
