Although there is the usual overload of Bunnies and Knock-Kneed Tots, I do like the drawing of the shelf of jams, the ludicrous and pointless puzzle and the H.S.Williamson colour frontispiece.The kids on the cover have a raffish charm and are at least well up to Blackie's high standards of drawing.
