Edward Millman 1907-1964 was another veteran of the WPA mural schemes to work for FORTUNE. Influenced by Rivera, he studied in Mexico. He painted 'Early Pioneerts', 'Social Consciousness' and 'Growth of Democracy in Illinois' for the Decatur Post Office in Illinois.
