Lacock Abbey, the home of the pioneer photographer, W.Fox Talbot.
It was richly hilarious that you could rummage in the dressing up box, or look at (but not touch) the FT's hat-box but no photography was permitted. The scruffy noticeboard was more suitable to a Village Hall in Worthing. The Brew House was however so much more inspiring.
